Located 12 km west of Kuhmo town center and 60 km east of Vuokatti, by Lake Ontojärvi (45 m). The beach has a gentle slope, sandy bottom, and the property has a lawn-covered slope down to the shore.

The villa is built from laminated logs and features a spacious living room with large windows facing the lake, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a loft with two more beds. There is a sauna, bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet, a covered terrace, and an open deck. The hot tub is available for an additional fee.

There is also a 14 m² log-built lakeside sauna with a steam room, washing space, and a lounge with a fireplace. The lounge has a sofa bed. The sauna has electricity but no running water – water must be carried from the lake.
