The houseis located in the center of Kuhmo. Cultural services, shops, and restaurants are nearby. Also close to a lit ski trail, fitness track, and swimming hall.

Wooden house built in 1957, with renovations made later. The house includes a living room, kitchen (equipped with an electric stove and wood-burning stove), one bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide). There is a sauna with a wood-burning stove, a bathroom with a shower and traditional cauldron, a dressing room, entrance hall, and a separate toilet. The upper floor of the house is not in use. A dog kennel is available in the outbuilding.
