Kuhmo Culture Celebrates Winter is an intensive cultural event that brings together internationally recognised organisers of cultural events, enthusiasts, and artists. The best of cultural Kuhmo is on offer: music in many forms, theatre, dance, exhibitions, and literature. The Kuhmo Culture Celebrates Winter event is organised by Juminkeko, Kuhmo Arts Centre, Kuhmo Chamber Music, Kuhmo Town’s Division of Culture, Petola Visitor Centre, and Music Festival Sommelo.
