Located 33 km north of Kuhmo, this log villa sits on the banks of the Nivanvirta River (25 m), which flows between Lakes Iivantiira and Lentua. The shoreline is deep with a firm bottom, and features a patio, a pier, and a private rowing boat.

Built in 2004, the log villa includes a combined living room and kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a loft with two mattresses. There is also a sauna with an electric heater, a bathroom, and an open porch. The villa is decorated with real houseplants, adding a cozy and natural touch.
