Healing Forest Trek

Healing forest trek will strenghten your nature connection through sensory experiences and mindfulness exercises. Nurtured through unhurried presence and the literacy of nature, the healing power of nature becomes most potent.

Depending on the season and weather conditions, the excursion takes place on ice, trails, or forest paths. In Kuhmo, the journey takes us to Harakkasaari or in the woods around Kalevala. In Lentiira, our destination is the forest surrounding the Kirveskansa Church memorial site.

The price includes a guided excursion in Kuhmo or Lentiira as requested. Additional services, such as Rönttöskahvit (coffee with locel pastry Rönttönen) or Tuhti picnic, are available. Minimum 4 persons.
