Sports Centre Gym

The City of Kuhmo’s gym at the Sports Centre (Martinpolku 4, Kuhmo) is free of charge and open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. The gym is equipped with free weights.

During the summer, you can also exercise outdoors at the Sports Centre. The outdoor fitness area features exercise equipment for abdominal and back exercises, as well as a seated lat pulldown and seated press machine. There is also a variety of play, climbing and exercise equipment for children.
